CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Tiny Scoops, we believe in delivering the freshest goodness to your little ones. Our products are made with the utmost care using the freshest ingredients, ensuring maximum nutritional value and taste.
 

Orders:

  • You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us at 8220011679 on WhatsApp.

  • For orders that have already been shipped, we are unable to offer cancellations.

  • In case of any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at 8220011679 on WhatsApp so we can assist you.

  • If the order is returned to the origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or non-delivery, we will not be able to provide a refund.
     

Subscriptions:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 8220011679 on WhatsApp.

  • Please note that you will continue to receive the next scheduled shipment in your current subscription cycle.

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, you will not be charged for any future shipments.
     

Refunds:

  • For canceled orders: A full refund will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.

  • For damaged or incorrect products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at 8220011679 on WhatsApp with photos of the damaged item. We will try our best to resend the correct product. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
     

Changes to this Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship exclusively within India.

Shipping Methods:

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

Shipping Costs:

  • A flat fee of Rs: 50 applies to each order.

  • Shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding Rs: 999.

  • In-store pickup is available at no charge.

  • Shipping fees will be clearly shown during the checkout process based on the order value.

  • If you need your order delivered faster, we can arrange expedited shipping for an extra fee, based on the shipping company's pricing.

Shipping Times:​

  • Delivery within India generally takes 4-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Order Processing Time:

  • Due to the fresh preparation of our products, order processing takes 2-4 business days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately through whatsapp  +91 8220011679 or through email thetinyscoops@gmail.com. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.  

RETURN POLICY

Returns:

  • Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept any returns.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be provided only in the following circumstances:

    • If you receive a damaged product.

    • If you receive the wrong product.

Return to Origin (RTO):

  • If an order is not delivered and is returned to origin (RTO), no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
